Chocolate peanut granola, Yummy. Saw this on BBC Food, Nigella, a breakfast episode. The first time I made it, well let’s just say it tasted abit burnt & there was far too much of it.
This time I halved the recipe & after watching the program again, noticed that she said 25g of cacao, but the subtitles said 250g, probably a reason for it tasting like burnt chocolate.
This time it tastes so much better, not burnt at all.
